DEPOSIT REQUIRED ON ALL RESERVATIONS
Refunds require a 14 day notice prior to arrival on daily/weekly reservations or 45 days days prior to arrival on monthly reservations.
Holidays require a 3 day minimum stay and a non-refundable $100 deposit. Thunder on the Beach, also known as Bike Weekend, is considered a holiday weekend.
Administrative fee of $10.00 applies on all cancellations.
No charge to change reservation date if 24 hours notice is given.
Daily reservations must be pre-paid.
2-6 days stay requires a $50.00 deposit
1-3 weeks stay requires a $75.00 deposit
Monthly reservations require a $100.00 deposit.
Reservations longer than 6 months require a 3 month security deposit consisting of first and last month's rent plus security deposit
