Full-Time, Year-Round Maintenance Lead Person
A "Team Leader"
This person must have experience in electrical, plumbing, carpentry, and grounds maintenance. They must also be able to operate a backhoe and front end loader as well as various small engine equipment. This individual will also have excellent troubleshooting skills, be self-motivated with good communication skills and motivted to maintain a safe and friendly environment. RV maintenance and repair a plus.
